with the start of the new month, we are moving to a new reservation system available directly in Hydra! To reserve a club room or equipment, please use https://hydra.pod.cvut.cz/reservations from now on.
What should you know?
- Existing reservations: We have already successfully transferred all your upcoming reservations.
- New feature: You can now invite guests – other members of the Pod-O-Lee club – to your reservations. Some rooms will also automatically grant you and your guests card access for the duration of the booking, using the card registered in Hydra (these rooms are marked “Access”).
- Handover: Please continue to arrange key handovers and borrowing details through the mailing lists.
