Part II – General information

The board games room is intended primarily for playing board games. It is room B206 on the second floor of block B.

Part III – Operating rules

  1. The room may be used only by Pod-O-Lee members with active basic membership or a fee waiver granted by the Pod-O-Lee board. Users must make a reservation in the reservation system and send the required email. See Payments for membership and payment instructions.
  2. Anyone using the room is considered a user. By entering, users agree to follow these operating rules.
  3. Guests without active club membership may enter only with the room administrator’s consent, an appropriate reservation, or approval from the Pod-O-Lee board.
  4. Users must keep the room orderly and avoid disturbing block residents, particularly during quiet hours from 22:00 to 7:00. Furniture may not be moved or removed without permission from the room administrator, a deputy, or the Pod-O-Lee board. Handle all equipment carefully.
  5. Smoking, drinking alcohol, taking drugs, and wearing shoes that leave dirt are prohibited. Food and non-alcoholic drinks are permitted under these conditions:
    1. Drinks must be kept in leakproof, resealable containers and closed immediately after drinking.
    2. Food must be kept in sealable containers. Unpackaged food must be brought in a leakproof, sealable container.
    3. Food and drinks must not contain addictive or psychotropic substances.
    4. Take all food and drink packaging with you or place it in the mixed-waste bins in the room.
  6. Keep the floor, tables, shelves, and other equipment clean. Report any damage immediately to the room administrator or a deputy and, where possible, prevent it from worsening.
  7. Before leaving, restore the room to its original condition and return chairs to their places. The last user must close the windows, switch off the lights, tidy the room, and close the entrance door. Return the keys to the room administrator or a deputy.
  8. Do not disturb others, for example with loud music. Reduce the volume immediately if asked by residents, the room administrator, or a deputy. Anyone who continues a disruptive activity after being asked to stop may be penalised under rule 13.
  9. A Wi-Fi network is available in the room. Users must follow the Academic Network Usage Policy and the internal regulations governing the SU Pod-O-Lee club network.
  10. Reserve the room through the reservation system at least 24 hours in advance and email hry@pod.cvut.cz. Include your full name, ID, date, and exact reservation time. A reservation may last no more than six hours. You may make another reservation only after 12 hours have passed since the previous one ended. Restore the room to its original condition when the reservation ends.
  11. In justified cases, the Pod-O-Lee board or room administrator may grant a one-time exception to these rules.
  12. Users must follow instructions from the room administrator, a deputy, or the Pod-O-Lee board. Failure to do so is a violation of these rules.
  13. Violations may be penalised under the measures below, other Pod-O-Lee rules, or applicable Czech law.
  14. By entering the room, visitors acknowledge that CCTV footage is recorded and may be used when investigating a rule violation. The relevant internal regulation governs how footage is handled. Cameras must not be covered or otherwise tampered with.
